Camden Charcuterie and Vacationland Coffee Open on the Wharf

The Wharf at Lyman-Morse is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of two exciting new businesses, further enhancing our vibrant waterfront destination in scenic Camden, Maine. Camden Charcuterie and Vacationland Coffee Roasters officially open May 1st.

Camden Charcuterie, owned by Allison Warren, is relocating her established artisanal business from its current location in downtown Camden to The Wharf at Lyman-Morse, bringing custom charcuterie presentations — including boards, boxes, cups, and other curated selections of gourmet cured meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. Known for its focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and creative, shareable offerings, Camden Charcuterie has built a loyal following through events, catering, takeout options, online ordering, and delivery. This new location on The Wharf will provide visitors with perfect grab-and-go snacks, picnic provisions, or elegant treats to enjoy while soaking in the harbor scenery.

Vacationland Coffee Roasters, owned by Chris Romero, arrives with freshly roasted 100% Arabica coffees, a welcoming coffee pub vibe, and a menu featuring breakfast tacos, sandwiches, and signature drinks. With its other location in Southwest Harbor, Maine, continuing to operate, Vacationland Coffee emphasizes good vibes, quality craftsmanship, and a relaxed atmosphere. Its prime location on The Wharf at Lyman-Morse makes it an ideal addition for morning coffee runs, casual meetups, or afternoon pick-me-ups with panoramic water views.

"These two dynamic businesses align perfectly with our vision for The Wharf at Lyman-Morse: Celebrating local Maine cuisine, quality products, and the joy of waterfront experiences," said Joshua Moore, Director of Planning & Development at Lyman-Morse. "We're excited to see our community grow and offer even more reasons for residents and visitors to gather, dine, and relax on the sunny side of Camden Harbor."

Both Camden Charcuterie and Vacationland Coffee Roasters are slated to open in May, joining existing favorites as The Wharf heads into its 4th season: Salt Wharf, with its top-notch harborside dining room and rooftop bar; Barren's Distillery & Restaurant; and The Quarters at Lyman-Morse luxury accommodations. The Wharf at Lyman-Morse has become a must-visit destination in Camden for boating enthusiasts, food lovers, and anyone seeking the best of Midcoast Maine. (Early-season hours and days of operation for the new businesses will be flexible as they adjust to demand throughout the season.)Learn more about the new tenants at camdencharcuterie.com and vacationlandcoffeeroasters.com.\
