Sancerre Rose

Famous for its soil characteristics (The three main terroirs are the 'terres blanches' (clay-limestone white soils), located on the westernmost hills of Sancerre, the 'caillottes' (limestone and very stony soils), and the 'argiles à silex' (flint and clay soils) situated on the hills to the east of the vineyard) Sancerre Rose is the summer rose everyone is aiming to find due to small quantities produced compare to the demand. Rare find for sure.

Alain Girard is a classically elegant Pinot Noir rosé from Sancerre. Coming from Sancerre's famously chalky soils, this rosé displays the perfect balance of crisp, fine, clean mineral to support fresh, elegant, floral notes of Pinot Noir. From the color in the glass, to the gorgeous aromas and finally the delicious flavors, this wine is sure to relax and enchant.
